Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: ICT Security, the successful incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and driving an Identity and Access Management (IAM) function across all RAF ICT technology systems.
 
Key Performance Areas
·         Provide support in defining Information security, ICT Risk and Governance Policy in relation to IAM.
·         Define, create, implement and maintain all aspects relating to Identity and Access Management within ICT.
 
·         Drive creation and maintenance of architecture including standards and frameworks that are aligned with the overall business strategy and industry best practices.
·         Develop and maintain operational frameworks for User Account Management, including Privileged Accounts.
·         Ensure all business and ICT stakeholders are part of Role Based Access Control design, implementation and maintenance.
·         Define and implement appropriate controls and action plans to address Audit, Risk, Control Self-Assessment and Compliance findings.
·         Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management Standards, Processes and Procedures.
·         Design, deploy and implement Privileged Identity Management and Identity and Access Management Technology and Tools.
·         Provide guidance to ICT administrative staff in workflow, policy and external integration with IAM tool.
·         Define and configure automated fulfilment of access processes in line with authorized policy, standards and process.
·         Establish, maintain and improve the Identity and Access Management function, including relevant documentation.
·         Compile and maintain records Plan and schedule all relevant meetings.
·         Establish appropriate metrics and prepare and submit quality periodic reports as defined or required.
 
Qualifications and Experience
·         Diploma or Advanced Certificate at NQF Level 6 in Information Technology.
·         The following qualifications and certification will be advantageous:
Ø  ITIL and COBIT Foundation.
Ø  Certification in Identity and Access Management.
Ø  Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 in Information Technology 
Ø  Certification in CISSP or SSCP or CISM or similar international ICT Security.
·         4 – 6 years' experience in a relevant work environment with specific experience in implementation and management of security access systems, identity and access management, LDAP, Active Directory, Federation and Single-Sign-On.
 
Technical and behavioural competencies required
·         Knowledge on user provisioning; entitlement review and certification; multi-factor authentication; Enterprise directory architecture and design; Attribute-Based Access Control; Privileged Access Management.
·         Ability to convert business process access requirements into systems access controls.
·         Demonstrated capability to apply sound Information Security Principles - Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability and Non-Repudiation.
·         Demonstrate capability to design, deploy and implement Privileged Identity Management and IAM Technology and Tools.
·         Extensive knowledge in Technology based access within Windows, UNIX, SAP and Database.
·         Extensive knowledge across a broad range of AIM frameworks, processes and technologies.
 
 
Remuneration 
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R766 887.00 per annum, negotiable.
 
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in a manner that will suit their needs".
