The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads
 
The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals in its East London Regional Office for the following lnternship programme:-

EMPLOYEE WELLNESS INTERN

Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work based experience. Applications are invited for the Employee Wellness Internship for unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 35.The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.
 
Work based exposure may include the following;
  • Co-ordinating and administering Employee Wellness Programmes
  • Co-ordinating and administering sport and recreation activities
  • Supporting the implementation of the Health Programmes
  • Office administration, filing and liaising with employees and stakeholders

Qualifications and other Requirements
  • Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Certified copy of Enrolled Nursing Certificate
  • Certified copy of Registration as an Enrolled nurse with the SA Nursing Council (SANC)
  • Certified copy of Receipt from SANC confirming current year registration.
  • Certified copy of your ID
  • Certified copy of Academic transcript
  • Your CV and motivational letter

Remuneration
Interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.

  4. Applicants must be unemployed, was never employed in the field of the post and never participated in an internship programme in the relevant field of the post previously
  5. The applicant must not have previously served as intern before.
  6. Should it be found that the applicant previously served as an intern and did not disclose that info and it is discovered later, the applicant will be disqualified.
