ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)
 
The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads.

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: HRIS, the successful incumbent will be accountable to maintain Human Capital information by analyzing data, providing quality reports and statistics for forecasting to enable effective decision making.
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Analyse reporting needs to ensure a full understanding of report requirements.
  • Develop, manage and prepare Human Capital reports for submission to various departments on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Generate and compile statutory reports for both external and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure reports, data and parameters are validated and aligned with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyse reports of data exceptions to provide on-going inputs to improve data systems.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
 
  • Develop database queries and reports to enable better decision making in line with business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain Organizational Structure on SAP.
  • Maintain Personnel data integrity.
  • Provide on-the-job training to system users and compile user guidelines and documentation for reference.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and quality assurance during systems upgrades/changes.
  • Run Time evaluation for update of monthly payroll input and leave accruals.
  • Investigate irregularities on leave accruals and deductions and make corrections.
  • Participate in Human Resources Projects.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 related qualification in Information Technology or Human Resources Management.
  • Certification in ERP System.
  • ITIL Certification will be highly advantageous.
  • TOGAF Certification will be highly advantageous.
  • SAP BI qualification will be highly advantageous.
  • Relevant 4 years' experience in a HRIS environment of which 1 year must have been specialising in data maintenance and reporting.
  • Experience in HR Business processes
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R502 953.00 per annum, negotiable.
 
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
