The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads
The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals at its Pretoria Regional Office for the following position:-

LOCATION: Pretoria

Purpose of the Job: To ensure that received bills/files are allocated on the legal cost system for Officers to assess and mark them for payment requisition and general administration of legal costs.
Key Performance Areas
- Perform Office Administration.
- Perform validation of allocated bills.
- Perform Batching and Indexing.
- Provide reports as and when required.
- NQF 4 (Matric or Grade 12) qualification.
- Relevant 1 year experience in Claims/Litigation/Summons/Administration/Registration and Data Capturing.
Technical and Behavioural competencies required
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- Good communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Computer Literate.
- Interpersonal Relations.
- Good Organizational, Administrative and Time Management skills.
- Team player.
- Personal mastery.
- Emotional wisdom.
- Ethics and governance.
- Customer orientation and customer focus.
Remuneration
Total cost to company of the minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R185 338.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in a manner that will suit their needs"
