ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)
The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote the safe use of our roads.
The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals for the following positions on an Eighteen (18) Months Fixed Term Contract.
The position will be based at the Pretoria Regional Office.

Purpose of the Job: To provide administrative support for the Officer, Senior Officer and Team Leader to ensure that the branch is run efficiently and effectively.
Key Performance Areas
To follow up on queries from stakeholder
· Telephone calls.
· Checking correspondence.
· Sending out letters.
· Draft undertaking letters where applicable.
Completing payment requisition on offers made
· Expenditure authorisation.
· Check list.
· Obtain relevant signatures in terms of DOA.
Drawing and filing of correspondence received
· Request file from CAFS.
· Print all relevant emails/letters received via post
· Placing of documents on file daily.
Updating claims system.
· Draw files from CAFS
· Update claims viewing with all relevant information
Collecting and delivering files to all relevant departments
· Request files from an Assessor and ensure that it is delivered to the relevant department timeously.

· NQF 4 (Matric or Grade 12) qualification.
· Relevant 1-year experience in claims handling environment and administration.

Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R185,338 Per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
