The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads

Purpose of the Job: To provide administrative support for the Officer, Senior Officer and Team to ensure that the branch is to run effectively and effectively.
 
Key Performance Areas
  • To follow up on queries from stakeholders.
  • To complete payment requisition on offer made.
  • To draw and file correspondence received.
  • To update the claim system.
  • To collect and deliver files to all relevant departments.
  • To send file copies to the relevant stakeholders. 

Qualifications and Experience
  • NQF 4(Matric or Grade 12) qualification or equivalent.
  • Relevant  1 year experience in claims handling  environment and administration

Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R185 338.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience
