Key functions:

Prepares site visit template developed by RA & OA
Conducts sample site visits to confirm verifiers work
Ensures skills development provider compliance to QCTO standards and criteria
Prepares site visit report outcome
Notifies skills development provider of application outcome
Updates skills development provider accreditation on the database.
Requirements:
A relevant 3 year degree or diploma is required.

DIRECTOR: OFFICE OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
(Permanent Position)

Salary: R 995 582.00 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
LOCATION: PRETORIA
To provide comprehensive professional support to the CEO in all aspects relating to the efficient and successful operation of the CEO's office to create capacity for him to focus and prioritise on critical activities.
Key functions:
Manage the office of the CEO
Coordinate and implement strategic projects and functions
Provision of professional support to the CEO
Thought leadership
Stakeholder engagement
Support the CEO to ensure consistent and effective flow of accurate information and communication with stakeholders
Conduct and analyse research and present findings to the CEO
Draft, complete or proof correspondence, documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations and other communications as requested by CEO
Requirements:
A relevant 3 year degree or a relevant post graduate degree will be advantageous with 6-8 years' collective experience in which 3 years' experience must be in a management position. Experience in the areas of policy and strategic planning as well as public and business administration. A legal qualification or legal experience would be an added advantage.

Assist in managing, monitoring and control of external communications and distribution channels including but not limited to print, online, email, thought leadership articles, presentations etc ensuring brand alignment.
Assist in managing, monitoring and control of internal communications, ensuring brand alignment.
Assist in managing, monitoring and control of marketing and communication related business continuity plan.
Assist in managing, monitoring and the control of stakeholder communication plans.

Requirements:

To assist in the management of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function in the QCTO.
Key functions:
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and frameworks
Capture and maintain regulatory and legislative arrangements and reporting requirements for the Directorate.
Assist in implementing and maintaining the QCTO compliance framework.
Assist in developing and managing approved QCTO compliance strategy and plan, including quality assurance of reporting.
Assist in the management of the QCTO risk management framework and plan and outsourced internal audit
Assist in quality assuring, monitoring and reporting on Audit Action Plans emanating from audit reviews
Assist in providing secretariat services to the Risk Management Committee
Coordinate, monitor and report on QCTO strategic, annual performance and operational plans development and implementation
Participate as an active member of the QCTO
Requirements:
A relevant Diploma or degree or equivalent with 3-5 years' collective experience. Experience in the areas of risk management, governance and/ or auditing.
