Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 
Relevant Master’s degree – MSc, MCom, MPhil, MBA, or other 
At least 5-7 years’ experience specifically in an ESG role 
 
Preferred experience: 

• Experience in Investments /financing-related projects 
• Understanding of financial instruments 
• Deep understanding of sustainability, governance, environmental, and social legislative frameworks, standards and/or principles 
• Experience in policy formulation and dialogue in complex environments 
• Experience in conducting investment due diligence

Purpose of the role: 
Responsible for providing customer technical support services to the staff in the PIC. 
 
Requirements:

Duties:

• Provide technical digital computer and mobile service support in the use of collaboration/conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams to Board and Executive Management. 
• Handle all logged calls accurately and timeously in line with the applicable Service Level Agreement and report back to the IT End User. 
• Conduct troubleshooting on all queries allocated on the Service Management tool and identify, diagnose, and resolve problems in Desktop Support Area.

Purpose of the role: 
Responsible for agile development and ongoing support of PIC’s business applications and digital solutions. Additionally, accountable for the rapid and iterative development of new or enhanced high-quality software that aligns with business requirements as well as with approved architectural frameworks, IT standards, and tools. 
 
Requirements:

• BSc/BCom in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline. 
• 3 to 5 years of experience in application and software design, development, and support, including interface implementation. 
• Comprehensive experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. 
• In-depth understanding of Agile development methodologies. 
• Strong background in software development and troubleshooting, with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, JavaScript, HTML5, C#, .NET, and CSS. 
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP, D365) is advantageous. 
• Any Microsoft Azure or Applications certification is beneficial. 

 
Duties:

• Perform comprehensive full-stack software design and development, including product features, functionality, testing, deployment, debugging, maintenance, and ongoing support. 
• Collaborate with PIC business and IT stakeholders throughout the agile software development and support lifecycle for both new and existing solutions (such as applications, workflows, interfaces, and reports). 
• Participate in sprint estimation and planning and provide regular updates on assigned Sprint tasks. 
• Engage in peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency across software solutions. 
• Verify that all licenses and software services are consistent with approved contractual agreements. 
• Evaluate emerging technologies, software products, and programming languages for potential adoption. 
• Recommend and implement software enhancements and upgrades and oversee migration from legacy systems to cloud-based applications (e.g., SaaS, PaaS). 
• Prepare, update, and maintain software specifications (including low-level designs), procedures, standards, and manuals throughout the production lifecycle. 
• Offer user assistance and conduct training on allocated software applications. 
• Adhere to PIC’s Agile and DevOps principles and best practices. 
• Support various application lifecycle management processes, such as change management, reporting, user access administration, vulnerability management, disaster recovery testing, and resolution of internal audit and risk-related findings. 
• Ensure compliance with all PIC policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

The Quality Analyst ensures high-quality software and product delivery by planning, implementing, and automating quality assurance testing to minimise the risk of software failure and negative business impact. 
 
Requirements:

• Relevant B Degree in IT / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related field 
• 3 - 5 years of Data Engineering experience, with 2 years in a Microsoft environment 
• Working knowledge of the financial industry, including financial instruments and market data. 
• Experience with Power BI or other Data Visualization tools like QlikSense, Tableau, and Business Objectives. 
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse), SQL, ETL/ELT and data modelling. 
• Familiarity with Azure services and AI/ML tools like Azure ML, Azure AI, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Databricks.
