Purpose of the Job
As SAP HR/HCM specialist, your role will involve implementing, supporting, and managing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will be required to perform core HR functions like Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management and Payroll. Job Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organisational Management), TM (Time Management), PY (Payroll), ESS/MSS (Employee/Manager Self-Service), and others as required.
• Deal with the technical aspects of SAP HCM, such as system integration and custom development
• Provide day-to-day support to HR users and resolve system-related queries or incidents.
• Payroll administration.
• Work with ABAP developers on enhancements, reports, or interfaces (where applicable)
• Assist in SAP upgrades, enhancement pack implementations, and patch testing.
• Assist with cutover planning and execution
 
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
 
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resource or related field.
• SAP HCM certification
 
Experience:
• +5 years’ experience in SAP HR/HCM function module
• Talent skills such and PM, LSO, Compensation and Recruiting would be a plus

Purpose of the Job
As SAP FICO Specialist, your role will involve designing, implementing, and supporting SAP's Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) module, ensuring the organisation optimise their financial processes and reporting. Job Responsibilities
• Understanding Business Requirements: Analysing business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements for SAP FICO.
• SAP FICO Implementation and Configuration: Configuring and customising the SAP FICO system to meet specific business needs, including setting up financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in financial processes and recommending solutions within the SAP FICO framework.
• Testing and Support: Conducting thorough testing of SAP FICO configurations and providing ongoing support to end-users.
• Training: Providing training to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.

• Financial Accounting Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Controlling Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of controlling principles and practices.
• Blueprint Preparation: Prepare blueprints for implementing projects.
• Validation of Reports and Customisations: Validate report requirements and changes in customising.
 
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
 
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• SAP ECC Certification (SAP FI/CO).
• SAP S/4HANA Certification - Preferred (SAP FINANCE).
 
Experience:
• +5 years’ experience as SAP FI/CO specialist
• Experience working in the banking industry or consulting will be advantageous
• Functional experience in S/4HANA and SAP Strategy Management
• Experience in supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
 
Knowledge and understanding of:
• In-depth understanding of SAP modules that are used in the SAP ECC 6.0 & S/4HANA

Purpose of the Job
An SAP ABAP Developer, you will be required to design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using the ABAP programming language, collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of SAP systems. 
 
Job Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and implement ABAP programs and enhancements to meet business needs.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and end-users to understand and evaluate SAP functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimise existing ABAP code, and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP applications.
• Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality of the developed solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Establish plans, strategies, and templates for data migration.
• Establish integration points between different SAP modules.
• Working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and other IT professionals.
• Customising and configuring the system to meet specific business requirements.
 
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
 
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• SAP ECC Certification (Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (for ECC).
• SAP S/4HANA Certification - (Certified Development Associate - ABAP for SAP S/4HANA).
 
Experience:
• +5 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Experience working in the banking industry or consulting will be advantageous
• Experience in supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

Purpose of the Job
Manage the performance of a team of Inbound call centre agents Job Responsibilities
• Drive performance of a team of call centre agents ensuring adherence to key performance areas and contractual KPI’s
• Plan and organise the call centre work schedules
• Ensure remedial and disciplinary actions are taken where needed and in line with policies
• Effective resource planning ensuring appropriate and adequate staffing for call centre operations
• Ensure all processes and operational workflows support and drive good customer experience
• Coach, develop and lead team to deliver high quality service to customers by ensuring best practices and methodologies are adhered to
• Handle all escalations and ensure customer complaints are closed within SLA’s
• Utilise tools and telephony to highlight gaps in processes and suggest enhanced efficiencies 
 
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
• Matric
• Diploma (NQF 6) and/or relevant degree in Call Centre, Operations or Business Administration
• 2-3 years call centre experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Experience in any financial services company. Banking experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of:
• Call centre performance areas and methodologies
