POSITIONS OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IN BOARDS IN THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCE
MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES – KINGDOM OF LESOTHO
DEVELOPMENT OF A DATABASE OF PROSPECTIVE BOARD MEMBERS TO VARIOUS COMPANIES
The Ministry of Natural Resources hereby invites interested Lesotho nationals to submit their CV’s to be considered for appointment to Non-Executive Director positions in the boards of the following organisations:
The companies are either wholly or partly owned by the Lesotho Government. Interested candidates should indicate the company they are interested in serving in their motivation letter and attach comprehensive CV’s. The Ministry of Natural Resources however, reserves the right to appoint candidates to any organisation that it deems fit, depending on qualifications and experience.
Remuneration will take the form of board sitting allowances or retainer fees depending on the company. Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of a Bachelor Degree with relevant expertise and experience that complements their formal qualifications.

- Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO) Lesotho Electricity and Water Authority (LEWA) Letseng Diamonds
- Liqhobong Diamond Mine
- Mothae Diamond Mine
- Storm Mountain Diamonds
- Qaqa Diamond Mine
