Mission

Provide Strategic and Tactical Support to the CEO
• Lead and direct the strategic planning of all activities and projects related to Rolling Stock engineering.
• Guide and ensure approval of Department Strategy and implementation of effective and efficient structures.
• Accountable as the Chief Asset Manager for all Rolling Stock Infrastructure

• Oversee the review and revision of Rolling Stock engineering policies and standards.
• Oversee the finalisation of maintenance plans.

• Oversee the compilation of annual business cases for the allocation of projects from Prasa Technical.

Management of divisional business planning, budget, and performance cycles
• Establish Divisional timeless, schedules and plans as well as appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement a Divisional Business Process
• Consolidate and produce the Department Business Plan, Budget, and Scorecard.
• Facilitate the completion of staff Performance Compacts in alignment to the Department Scorecard and in preparation for Performance Reviews.

Project Management
• Lead and direct the implementation of approved Rolling Stock projects by
