DEPARTMENTAL MISSION
To provide strategic leadership and oversight of Intersite’s capital investment programme, commercial development, lead strategic business development opportunities and renewable energy & sustainability programmes.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Honours Degree in Property Development, Infrastructure Finance, Urban Economics, or Built Environment.
• Valid Driver’s license.
 
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in capital project delivery, urban development, infrastructure finance, or property investment, of which 5 years must be at senior management level.
• Proven track record on leading feasibility packaging, public-private investment structuring, and multi-stakeholder engagements.
 
ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Masters Degree or Executive level leadership training in Infrastructure investment.
• SAPOA, SA Council for Planners, or Infrastructure Investment bodies.

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION
Manages tenant billing, collections, reconciliations, and ageing reports to support accurate revenue recovery and credit performance.
 
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• National Diploma in Financial Accounting / Finance / Accounting / Auditing/ Cost and Management Accounting, or equivalent
qualification.
• Valid Driver’s license
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in debtors / creditors management in a corporate or public sector environment (2 years’ experience
must at least be in a similar role within the property or commercial leasing sector) of which 2 years must be at a supervisory level.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Degree in Accounting / Financial Management /Finance/ Auditing /Cost and Management Accounting.
• PFMA compliance training or certification
• SAICA/SAIPA/ACCA or relevant industry affiliation
