DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: To provide leadership and direction on talent management functions in the Group.
 
OUTPUTS:
• Develop and maintain Talent Management frameworks by contributing to the development and review of the Group HCM strategy and plans.
• Ensure the alignment and review of talent management strategies and plans with changing business needs or other developments.
• Oversee and lead the provision of talent management services.
• Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management by developing talent management risk and controls frameworks.
• Management of resources to determine the sub-department’s priorities and manage effective allocation of resources to these priorities.
• Reporting and advisory services

CAPABILITIES:
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Honours/post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development/related field
Experience:
• 15 years’ human resources management experience of which minimum 5 years should be at a senior management level.
