DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: To lead and direct the operations of PRASA Technical and drive PRASA Group’s capital projects
OUTPUTS:
• Develop, implement, and monitor a strategy for PRASA Technical
• Provision of direction and oversight over the Division’s operations
• Direct and oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
• Management of resources
• Reporting and advisory services
KNOWLEDGE:
• Business acumen
• Relevant legislation applicable to PRASA Technical
• Business environment, the relevant role players within the business and their key responsibilities and outcomes
• Principles of finance and the components involved in finance, human, supply chain and contract management

• Masters in engineering
• Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa as a Professional Engineer / Technologist is advantageous

• Extended working hours
• Travel – locally and international
EXPERIENCE
• 15 year’s experience in the Engineering/ Technical field with 5 years’ experience operating at an executive management level.
