MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Risk Management/Finance Management/Internal Auditing or relevant field
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years’ Risk Management/Business Continuity Management with at least 5 years’ experience, middle management experience or supervisory experience.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
- Develop organisational resilience and sustainability policy, frameworks, procedures, and systems
- Align and review organisational resilience and sustainability strategies and plans with business needs or other developments, both internally and externally.
- Lead and manage organisational resilience and sustainability activities
- Determine the section’s resource requirements in accordance with the expected deliverables.
- Provide advice and consultative expertise on organisational resilience and sustainability matters.
