Mission
To provide strategic and tactical finance related advice to the business that enables sound decision making within the confines of all the applicable laws, rules and regulations as governed by both internal and external financial statutes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining monthly regional financial accounts.
• Management reporting.
• Asset management and reporting.
• Regional budgeting and forecasting.
• Capital budgeting & investment decision making assistance.
• Cash flow management.
• Corporate Governance.
• Manage risks.
• Supply chain management.
• Provide financial advice and support.
• Manage staff performance.
• Manage Change.
• Debtors Management and Collections.
Knowledge:
• Financial Accounting, Accounting policies, costing methodologies and ratio analysis, Budgeting processes, allocation and monitoring of costs & revenue against budget, Knowledge of property management environment, Administration Management, Companies’ Act, Vat Act, GAAP, Income tax Act, PFMA, Property Management and other legislative requirements, Risk Management, Audit principles and practices, Performance Management and SAP Knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12.
• BCom Honours in Accounting / Cost Management Accounting / Financial Management or related.
• 5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting or Financial Management environment.
• 5 years’ experience in management role.

• CA(SA) will be an added advantage.
