JOB TITLE: Programme Manager x2
SALARY GROUP: Management
LOCATION: KZN DEPARTMENT: Programme Management Unit (PMU)

Mission:
To implement multiple capital projects within set parameters by implementing sound processes, systems and procedures within PMU.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage various multiple and complex projects on behalf of Prasa Cres.
• Achieve best-practice integrated Strategic Portfolio Programme Management and workflows efficiencies.
• Support the Programme Head in effective implementation of projects.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Budgeting and Cost Control.
• Risk Management.
• Evaluating health and safety standards.
• Management of various members of the professional team and appoint service providers.
• Liaison with clients, various stakeholders and local authorities.
• Manage Change Requests.
Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act 1999, Preferential Procurement Policy Act 5 of 2000, Broad Based Black Economic Act 53 of 2003, Construction Industry Development Board Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, PMBOK (nine knowledge areas), Policies and Procedures, Project activity coordination , NEC & JBCC rules MS Projects cycles, SAP system.

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• A 4-year Degree/ B Tech in Quantity Surveying /Architecture/ Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Building Science/ Town Planning.
• Code 08 valid driver’s license.
• Professional registration with SACPCMP/ SACQSP/ SACAP/ECSA.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant Project Management experience in the construction and/or property industry is required.
