MANAGER IN THE OFFICE OF THE CEO
REFERENCE NO: NWHC 05/2021
SALARY: Negotiable (All-inclusive remuneration package)
TYPE OF POSITION: Contract position in line with the CEO's term of office
CENTRE: Mahikeng
REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) plus a degree at NQF level 7 or equivalent qualification; A post Graduate qualification (NQF level 8) is an added advantage; A minimum of three (3) years' experience in Private sector/Business will be an added advantage.
DUTIES: Office management in the Office of the CEO, responsible for the efficient functioning of processes and systems in the Office of the CEO. Interface with other governance structures on behalf of the CEO. Attend meetings with the CEO and note resolutions for action. Manage and oversee budget and procurement functions in the Office of the CEO. Compile and review Board submissions and reports by required due dates. Brief the CEO and provide relevant background information relating to meetings and engagements. Foster a relationship between NWHC and key stakeholders internal and external audit. Assist CEO on media reports.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

SALARY: R 733 257 p a. (+ Medical Aid + Pension + Life Cover) — not negotiable
TYPE OF POSITION: Permanent position
CENTRE: Mahikeng
REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) plus B Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources (NQF 7) or Industrial Psychologist with 7 years' experience in Human Resources Management. At least 5 years in management. A post Graduate qualification (NQF level 8) is an added advantage.
Duties: Manage the Human Resource unit and set the necessary policies, rules and regulations in place to ensure proper and effective HRMD services namely: Organisation design and Job evaluation, Performance Management, Training and Development, Recruitment and selection, Statutory HR Compliance and Administration, Employee Benefit support, Payroll, Employee Relations, Employee Wellness/ assistance, Employment Equity and Skills development, Occupational Health and Safety + COIDA management, COVID19 in the workplace and Information management and record keeping. To ensure compliance with legislation and HR best practice, the HR Department ensures that the HR Policy and Procedures Manual as well as Standard Operating Procedures Manual are implemented effectively.

Stocking and replenish of products (utensils, hand washer, toilet rolls) in the restrooms and kitchen. Cleaning of dishes and cups. Gathering of dirt and emptying of dustbins. REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) + N6 Certificate/Diploma/ or equivalent qualification in Administration
Duties: Administer filing to maintain all township rental and leasing records. Keep record of both digital and physical files. Scan and copy all relevant document and file electronically. Check that all files contain relevant information required for auditing and investigations. Draw files and record them when needed. Update files with new information. Administer strict control and access to the files and any other ad hoc duties.

Duties: Reconcile debtor's account to ensure that nominal interest rates charged, payments, purchase price, goodwill discounts reflect correctly on the statement. Updating debtor statement for settlement purpose. Follow up on suspense/unallocated items from bank statement to make re-allocation to relevant debtor accounts. Receipt batch allocation and capturing of receipts on monthly basis into debtor's system and any other ad hoc duties.

Duties: Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions. Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software. Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs. Identify and report system issues. Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses. Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security. Record activities, solutions and other responses to request for service.
