Requirements:• Post matric qualification in Business Management/Business Administration • Master of Business Administration will be an advantage • Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant work experience at Assistant Director level • A valid driver's license • Internationally obtained educational qualification must be verified by SAQA (Attach to the application).

Duties:• To manage the identification, facilitation and implementation of integrated women economic empowerment interventions in partnership with other relevant stakeholders through the efficient, effective and economical utilisation of resources by the unit/sub directorate • Monitor, interpret and review legislation and policies to determine whether the legislation and policies are still relevant and comply with current requirements • Manage a women economic empowerment unit/sub-directorate to ensure that an efficient and effective economic empowerment service is delivered through the proper utilization of human, financial and physical resources • Manage the performance and conduct of employees • The performance assessment and reporting of the operational/business plans of the unit/sub-directorate.

Deputy Director: Liquor Administration
Salary: R 697 011 per annum (Level 11)

Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) • A minimum of three (3) year functional and Managerial experience in regulatory environment and three (3) year experience in liquor related environment would be an added advantage • Computer literacy • A valid driver's license. Internationally obtained educational qualification must be verified by SAQA (Attach to the application).

Duties:• Manage all administration pertaining to applications of liquor licenses • Maintain appropriate internal control and reporting system • Manage and ensure timely attention to liquor applications and all related matters • Ensure the efficient implementation of the liquor legislation and policies • Design and implement interventions to conduct best practice • Manage and organize all the activities of the liquor board • Provide guidance, advice and support to the liquor board. Manage the provision of secretarial services to the Liquor board • Manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders • Compile monthly and quarterly reports • Manage the sub- directorate.

Personal Assistant: Office of the HOD

Requirements:• Grade 12 plus a National Diploma Office Management • 3.5 years experience in rendering a support service to senior management member(s) • Computer Literacy • A valid driver's license • Internationally obtained educational qualification must be verified by SAQA (Attach to the application).

Duties:• Provide a secretarial) receptionist support service to the Head of Department • Update and manage the diary of the Head of Department • Render administrative support services • Obtain inputs, collate and compile progress, monthly and management reports • Draft documents as required • Do filing of documents for the manager and the unit where required • Collect, analyse and collate information requested by the Head of Department • Ensure that travel arrangements are well coordinated • Record minutes/decisions and communicate relevant role-players, follow-up on progress made • Provide support to the Head of Department regarding meetings • Study the relevant Public Service and departmental prescripts/policies and other documents and ensure that the application thereof is understood properly.
