DUTIES: Attend to incoming and outgoing telephone calls, transfer calls to relevant extension, Management of delivery and collection, tracking of documents that were delivered and/or collected. Provide client with relevant information, take message and convey to relevant staff, keep record of all outgoing calls, identify and report telephone faults to the supervisor, record maintenance of the switchboard.

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Certificate. Credible and appropriate work experience in the field of housekeeping may serve as a recommendation. Computer literacy. Basic First aid knowledge. Advance cleaning, cooking and housekeeping skills. Sound financial administration skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team. Valid driver's licence.
 
DUTIES: Plan the preparation and serving of meals. Cook meals utilizing recipes and menus. Ensure that the hygiene of hostels is maintained. Clean buildings, facilities and other institutional structure required. Clean kitchens, kitchen items and surface systematically in accordance with the surface type, cleaning specification, worksite procedures and bask cleaning principles. Assist with the loading, unloading, dispatch and taking of stock. Ensure that the boarders receive the correct food portion in terms of size and nutritional value, Keep records accurately and do stock control. Assist with general control in respect of the discipline and morale In hostel. Render first aid to sick or injured students.
