TASK GRADE: 8 (R291 012 – R404 568 per annum)

Qualifications and experience required:
Key attributes and competencies:
(2) Implementing remedial measures / corrective action to align performance and outputs against agreed standards.
(3) Allocating work and monitoring progress and work done by sub-directorate.
Job purpose:
Controls/ coordinates tasks associated with assisting account holders in respect of payments/revenue collection on arrear accounts, resolving queries, retrieval of relevant documentation, conveying of information to relevant official/s and overseeing enquiries related to overdue accounts, and co-ordinate functions of subordinates.

Qualifications and experience required:
- Appropriate level of Secondary qualification.
- Computer literacy – Office application.
- Twelve to Eighteen months experience.
Key attributes and competencies:
- The incumbent will be responsible for supervision by:
(2) Implementing remedial measures / corrective action to align performance and outputs against agreed standards.
(3) Allocating work and monitoring progress and work done by sub-directorate.
- The incumbent must be able to do monthly reconciliation of all NMBM Attorneys, Sheriff and Tracing Agents suspense votes against payments received and charges raised.
- Oral and written communication skills in English and at least one other official local language.
- Incumbent must have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
