DUTIES : Strategy development and implementation: Develop and implement Human Resources operational business strategies and plans to optimise operational efficiency. Provide direction and support to staff on the implementation of the strategy. Review and align the strategy as required by departmental, DPSA and best practice developments. Human resources operational management: Ensure that best possible HR systems and processes are in place to enable HR support on employee benefits to the whole National Treasury workforce.
