Job Description
The Manager Enterprise Risk Management will assist NRWDI in achieving its objectives by evaluating and improving the quality, adequacy and effectiveness of risk management in all functional areas.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop and implement an overall risk management policies/ process for the Institute, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur;
Review and update the integrated risk management framework for all aspects of risk across NRWDI;
Maintain an effective system of internal control in line with the risk framework;
Develop and guide the process of identifying risks at all business levels (Strategic, operational & process);
Facilitate the identification and rating of risks in line with the approved policy;
Consider new developments or initiatives at NRWDI and assess whether there are any new risks facing NRWDI as a result of these, on a quarterly basis;
Consider new risks identified by internal audit and incorporating them in the risk register;
Compile reports and documenting proceedings of risk assessments sessions;
Compiling Risk Registers/Risk Profile and ensuring that it is consciously updated by risk owners;
Compiling monthly risk report for management decisions on the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures;
Advising and reporting on actual noncompliance, incidence and losses incurred;
Coordinating activities of EXCO (regarding risk management) or Risk Management Committee;
Promoting risk awareness culture through conducting risk assessment through-out NRWDI;
Develop risk communication and training programmes;
Store the risk information safe and in an organised manner for easy retrieval;
Collaborate and link risk management efforts with assurance/compliance/audit findings and internal control findings;
Educate the board of directors about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring EXCO understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks;
Explain the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders; and
Create business continuity plans to limit risks..

Job Description
The legal services manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the legal services unit, whose role is to provide legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Formulate compliance checklists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
Prepare quarterly reports on legal matters.
Draft and maintain best practice basic/general/standard contracts, service level agreements, and partnership memoranda of agreement/understanding.
Review all contracts or any other documentation where NRWDI has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
Review and provide advice on MoUs/MoAs between NRWDI and other organizations.
Prepare, review and draft communication for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklists to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
Ensure that NRWDI complies with national and international requirements and obligations as dictated by international nuclear law and conventions.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction with stakeholders including the judicial system and negotiating parties.
Knowledge and experience with laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)
Position Type: 6 Months Contract, with provision for extension of 3 months
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree with relevant qualification i.e., Organizational Development / Business Analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration will be added advantage.

The Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the role include
