Job Description
To provide OHS and auxiliary services at the NNR's Office in Cape Town.

​Minimum Requirements

• NQF level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in OHS and Facilities
• Office administration experience will be added advantage
• Valid driver's license
• Must be willing to be trained and work long hours

Duties and responsibilities
Ensure compliance with organisational processes in relation to the following core and auxiliary services:

• OHS Compliance, inspections and reports
• Facilities related inspections and reports
• On site contractor supervision of physical security, cleaning and other services
• HR and ICT support and vender liaison
• General administration
• Perform emergency after-hours work as required

• Good Communication Skills
• Report writing Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advance Excel skills
• Problem solving skills
