MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To assist to retrieve documents and files from the outsourced service provider storage. Ensure that all retrieved information is properly recorded in the relevant registers.

JOB OBJECTIVES
• Ensure that all retrieved files are properly stored in sequential or orderly manner.
• Retrieve 800 boxes with document from the outsourced service provider storage area.
• Ensure that all the retrieved documents are properly recorded in relevant registers.
• Identify files to be disposed in accordance with the NATIONAL ARCHIVES AND RECORDS SERVICE OF SOUTH AFRICA ACT (ACT NO. 43 OF 1996)
• Work with all the stakeholders with interest in the documents received.
Education: Formal Qualifications Matric or Grade 12 Level of Education:
Minimum:
• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
• Computer literate
Ideal:
• Certificate in records or document management
• Computer certificate
 
 
Job related Work Experience 
Experience is obtained through opportunities for exposure and practice at work. It includes all working experience that has some bearing on the job and is not restricted to the current organisation. Supervised on-the-job training, internships and learnerships are incorporated within this category.
Minimum:
• At least 6 months -2 years working experience
Ideal:
• Must be bilingual (English, Xhosa, Zulu) Job related Knowledge Job-related knowledge is typically gained through formal or informal training programs (these exclude programs through which Formal Qualifications are attained). It includes knowledge of facts, data and information and understanding the rationale behind models, theories and principles.
