PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide human resources planning and development, employment equity, transformation, retention and performance management services for the entire National Consumer Commission.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Render Human Resources planning services Provide Human Resource Development and training services I Manage the employee performance development system I Manage administrative systems and processes I Manage employment equity and transformation Develop and review HR policies I Manage the retention strategy
 
Minimum Qualifications: National Diploma/B Degree in Human Sciences or equivalent qualifications and EB driver's licence.

Minimum Experience: Three (3) years Human Resources experience in private or public sector
 
Training: Minimum: Computer Literacy: MS Office Package and knowledge
of the HR Regulatory Framework
