DEPUTY MANAGER: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
Salary: R733 257 per annum

Centre: Groenkloof, Pretoria
 
Purpose of the job: To promote economic and efficient financial accounting practices and reporting in line with the Public Finance Management Act.
 
Key Responsibilities: •Manage the identification and development of all financial management programmes •Facilitate the implementation of a comprehensive financial management system •Render accurate and timeous payment of creditors and related commitments •Render salaries administration services •Render effective management of finance •Provide guidance in the development of Divisional budgets •Render expenditure control services •Stakeholder management.

 
Minimum Qualifications: •A National diploma/Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent qualification •A valid Code EB driver's licence.
 
Minimum Experience: 3 years Financial Management experience in the Private or Public Sector.
 
Minimum Training: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office packages) •Knowledge of the financial regulatory framework.
 
 
 
 
 
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: R376 596 per annum 
Job Reference: NCC 01/03/2020
Centre: Groenkloof, Pretoria
 
Purpose of the job: To coordinate, maintain and administer ICT Systems for the National Consumer Commission.
 
Key Responsibilities: •Render applications and database support services for the NCC •Provide end-user support (including faulty resolution) •Install and maintain software and hardware •Facilitate access to management information systems •Provide help desk services •Communicate management aims and direction •Implement application system changes •Effective coordination of systems. 
 
Minimum Qualifications: •A National diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification •A valid Code EB driver's licence.
 
Minimum Experience: 3 years Information Technology experience in the Private or Public Sector.
 
Minimum Training: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office packages and ISO 9001).
 
 
 
 
 
 
PROVISIONING ADMIN OFFICER (SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT)
Salary: R257 508 per annum 
Job Reference: NCC 03/03/2020 
Centre: Groenkloof, Pretoria
 
Purpose of the job: To effectively execute the supply chain management function, including the implementation of policies and procedures.
 
Key Responsibilities: •Implement SCM regulations in accordance with rules and regulations •Provide monitoring and evaluation mechanisms/tools for the overall performance of the SCM system •Coordinate the process of awarding of tenders •Maintain and update the supplier database •Develop SCM risk profile •Procure store items.
 
Minimum Qualifications: •A National diploma/Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting, Public Administration/SCM/Logistics Management or equivalent qualification •A valid Code EB driver's licence.
 
Minimum Experience: 1 year SCM/Logistics management experience in the Private or Public Sector.
 
Minimum Training: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office packages).
