SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR GRADE 1 [ECD] [1 POST] [3-year contract renewable]
SALARY: R 384 228 (plus 37% in lieu of benefits]

Requirements: An appropriate Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions as a Social Worker. A minimum of seven [7) years appropriate experience in Social Work after registration as Social Worker with the SACSSP and valid driver's license.

Duties: Manage ECD conditional grant in the province. Facilitate signing of SLAB and ensure that payments are done in line with the SLAB. Ensure proper monitoring on the utilization of the grant. Keep and update database of all ECD centers benefiting from the grant in the province. Manage database of children benefiting from the grant in terms of subsidy. Facilitate re-assessment of ECD centers that benefited from the infrastructure maintenance grant. Consolidate provincial report on the subsidy conditional grant Facilitate stakeholder meetings. Participate in provincial steering committee. Compile monthly financial reports and submit to programme manager. Compile quarterly performance reports and evaluation report.
DATA CAPTURER: ECD [01 POST] [3-year contract renewable]
Salary: R 173 703 (Plus 37 % in lieu of benefits]

Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate. Computer literacy in Microsoft packages. Good communications [verbal and written] skills. Logical and innovative thinking abilities. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Maintain confidentiality. 2 years' experience in data capturing.
Duties: Collect and Capture high volumes of information accurately and on a monthly and quarterly reporting template. Validate data and submit reports. Check all completed work for accuracy. Provide data management assistance in the programme. Implement data backup system. Assist with coordination of information, reports and administrative logistics. Open files and keep database of files and clients as well as information management. File documents and maintain good record-keeping system.
