DUTIES : Be part of the District Clinical Specialist Team responsible for the delivery of quality health care for mothers, new-born, and children at all levels within the district. Promote equitable access to an appropriate level of care for all mothers, new-borns, and children within the district. Promote clinical effectiveness in all health facilities by supporting outreach programs, development, dissemination and implementation of clinical policies and standard treatment guidelines aligned with National norms and standards. Facilitate and participate in the development training and mentorship of health professionals in all health facilities within the district.
