REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus three (3) years relevant experience or Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting / Financial / Auditing. The following will serve as a recommendation: Knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of LOGIS, and BAS and be computer literate. Be able and be prepared to work under pressure. DUTIES : To supervise and monitor Expenditure on the grant. Perform payment preparation of invoices presented for payment and capturing of payments on the BAS. Assist with supply chain management. To capture/ authorize the payment and journal transactions on transversal systems, such as BAS, LOGIS and any other prevailing systems. To ensure the reconciliation and clearance of suspense accounts, including the Creditors and Debtors Accounts. Assist the programme manager and sub-programme managers to unblock any procurement challenges to ensure spending efficacy. Ensure the consolidation and submission of Interim/Annual Financial Statements inputs to Head Office. Ensure the attendance of queries, including the audit queries. To attend to other related duties as delegated by management.
