POST: Bricklayer Apprenticeship Facilitator x 1 Year Contract
REF: SVD1/08/2020
SALARY NOTCH: R211 731 – R467 925 per annum
 
Requirements: An appropriate recognized Teachers Diploma or Artisan Bricklayer Trade Certificate. Assessor/Facilitator Certificate. Knowledge of Apprenticeship programme or Modular based. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Industry. Moderator Certificate will be added advantage. A valid Driver’s license and be able to drive.
 
Duties: Facilitation of Bricklayer Apprenticeship programme. Ensure learners complete all modular tasks and assessment. Design and assist learners to complete practical tasks and availability of evidence. Manage workshop and tools. Building and preparation of POEs and POAs for assessment. Packing of learners ‘documentation as per programme requirements. Assessment of the learners’ theoretical POEs and workplace logbooks. Liaising and co-ordinating programme activities with the involved stakeholders. 
 
 
 
POST: Diesel Mechanic Apprenticeship Facilitator x 1 Year Contract 
REF: SVD2/08/2020
SALARY NOTCH: R211 731 – R467 925 per annum

POST: Administrator for Centre of Specialisation x 1 Year Contract
REF: SVD3//08/2020
SALARY NOTCH: R257 508 – R303 339 per annum
 
Requirements: An appropriate N6 Certificate in Administration with Computer Practice as a passed subject (N6). Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Financial Management will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge in occupational programmes. Computer skills in Ms Excel, Ms Word and Power Point. Dedicated and willingness to work overtime (unpaid).
 
Duties: Sending meeting invitation to COS members. Taking minutes during COS meetings. Compiling COS Agenda. Liaising with COS Stakeholders regarding COS projects. Procuring of COS tools, consumables, Equipment and PPES. Co-ordination of COS activities. Record keeping of COS information including learner database and registers. Compiling COS performance information and financial report. Reconciliation of NSF COS budget. Loading of learners on QCTO or quality assurance system. Application of Trade Test from QCTO.
