​ADVERT FOR ASSISTANT INVIGILATOR POSITIONS 
 
Mnambithi TVET College would like to invite former students to apply for the position of Assistant Invigilators for the NCV Supplementary exams in February 2025.
 
ASSISTANT INVIGILATOR POSITIONS-  NO. OF POSITIONS
ESTCOURT CAMPUS - 2 Invigilators
LADYSMITH CAMPUS - 5 invigilators
EZAKHENI A CAMPUS -  2 invigilators
Tariff: R180.60 per session 
 
Requirements 
 Must have completed matric. 
 Unemployed Mnambithi TVET College former students who completed N6 or have National Diploma. 
 Must not be registered to sit for the examination being written at any TVET institution. 
 Must be willing to declare if a relative, partner, close friend or neighbour is registered to sit for the examination being written. 
 Must not be enrolled for Internship or Learnerships programme. 
 Must be a person who is trustworthy and honest. 
 
Key responsibilities 
 Conducting supplementary examination as stated in the Government Gazette. 
 Be available to work sessions between 7h00 and 18h00 on weekdays. 
 Maintaining security and safety of exam materials and examination areas. 
 Be vigilantly watching to ensure candidates comply with examination instructions. 
 Performing administrative tasks related to examinations. 
 Distributing and collecting exam papers and stationery. 
 Ensuring that irregularities are managed and reported correctly. 
 Performing other examination related duties as prescribed.

Certified copies of Identity Document, Senior Certificate and the highest required qualification, will only be submitted by the selected candidates to HR on the day of assumption of duty.
