What is the selection criteria?
  • Grade 12, with 70% average / distinctions in Mathematics and/or Physical Science (engineering streams), for your most recent results (grade 12 mid-year results for current grade 12 learners, & final matric results for applicants at tertiary level)
  • 65% average at tertiary level for the most recent semester results
  • The third term and final year results will form part of the selection process for those shortlisted candidates

Job Description
You are responsible to deliver digital DevOps tools in full End-to-End responsibility during its entire lifecycle. This includes the overall quality, technology, reliability, and cost of the digital tool. To assure this delivery you work closely with the Solutions Architect, Security, Infrastructure, Developers and QA team. The End-to-End responsibility includes the technical integration of IT systems and to ensure the connections to shared services to your digital tool. All activities will be done in compliance with the Company's Integrity Code and other relevant policies.

The Job Requirements
Technical Knowledge:

· Deep knowledge and experience in software design, platform design and application operations.
· Knowledge and experience in recent IT base technology (Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, REST APIs)
· Knowledge, IT standards, Software Security concepts
· Experience and or knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Development.
· Knowledge and experience of the complete overview portfolio of how to structure the code delivery from Build, Deploy and Operate. Examples: Docker, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, API.
· Knowledge and experience of how to plan projects, define deliverables and to control quality and cost matters. Examples: Agile Fundamentals, Agile Tools, Kanban, Six Sigma, Lean, Scrum

Outputs
· Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
· Establish the technical roadmap for the DevOps Capability and is responsible for the planning and coordination of activities required to move to the roadmap.
· Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently throughout various project lifecycles.
· Promote continuous improvement through implementation and management of new processes to enhance productivity output.
· Collaborate with Architects, QA, Security and Developers to design and implement DevOps practices across product delivery which includes the necessary documentation in alignment with DevOps industry standard practices.
· Effectively take prototypes to production, following best practices and industry standard.
· Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for product components
· Close collaboration with the CoC members in architectural enhancements of the MO IoT Platform.
· Enhancement of and integration in the overall end-to-end CI/CD process chain, bringing the platform to the "true North Star" level.
· Define the technical requirements for the products with regards to DevOps.
· Supporting the overall DevOps process chain with test automation (in Junit, JMeter, …), configuration and deployment management (Jenkins/Bamboo, Ansible).
· Responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating budgets and cost projects within the DevOps Capability.
· Effective communication and feedback between business products / project stakeholders.
· Participate in team discussions and provide input regarding strategic team decisions.
· Collaborate and work with colleagues in different time zones.

Job Description
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to support with the IO Production Shop floor Systems within the MO Production Shop floor space. The individual will be fully responsible for daily product operations and support. To improve efficiency, reduce waste, identify and implement solutions, meet project deadlines and accurately document the necessary requirements to be done in accordance with local / global strategic planning and standards in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.

The Job Requirements
§ Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function.
§ Contributes to System architecture regarding infrastructure and operations aspects
§ Demonstrated ability to foster an environment for ideation, prototyping; production and business acumen to take from design to implementation and preferably experience scaling a concept
§ Experience in Data Analysis and Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications
Qualification and Experience

· Experience in Production and Quality Systems e.g. PLUS, MRS, SAP, etc.
· Knowledge of Production processes in the automotive industry will be beneficial.

Knowledge and Experience
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT/ Manufacturing, or
· At least 6 months participation on our MBSA Graduate Development Programme.
