SECRETARY: LAW ENFORCEMENT 
Salary: Salary: R 301 157,50 (Cost to company, plus housing and cell phone allowance)
Band Level: B (Patterson)

This position reports to the Senior Manager: Law Enforcement 
 
Requirements:
• A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Secretarial / Business Management 
• Experience in a relevant secretarial/ administrative environment will be an added advantage 
• Strong computer literacy (Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent)  Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR 
Salary: R 301 157,50 (Cost to company, plus housing and cell phone allowance)

This position reports to the Accountant 

Requirements and skills: 
• 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Commerce or Accounting. 
• Experience in a financial working environment will be an added advantage 
• Good verbal and written communication skills, Analytical Skills, Investigative Skills, Interpersonal, Problem solving and time management Skills, A questioning mindset, Exceptional attention to detail  Knowledge of the gambling industry will be an added advantage  Understanding of the Sage Accounting system will be an added advantage  Always keeps the highest standard of compliance and confidentiality  Understanding of GRAP accounting principles  Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage. 
 
Duties:

• Administration within the Finance Business Unit  Data Capturing on SAGE  Payment Management Sequential Filing System  Assisting in drafting of reports  Ad-hock support to the Accountant, Payroll and Budgeting functions  Enhance Record Management within the Finance Business Unit

LAW ENFORCEMENT INSPECTOR

This position reports to the Manager: Law Enforcement
 
Requirements:
• A three (3) year Diploma or Degree in Policing 
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an Investigator 
• Completion of a Detective Learning Programme or Resolving of Crime will be an added advantage 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Knowledge and understanding of the gambling industry and its governing legislation. 
• Thorough knowledge of police administration 
• Knowledge of cyber and /or forensic investigation 
• Prepared to work under pressure and long hours 
• Knowledge of Law Enforcement administration procedures 
• Good communication and public relation skills 
• Computer skills 
• No criminal record and/or previous convictions 
 
Duties:

• Keeping a Record of Informer Network Systems 
• Handling /disposal of exhibits 
• Assisting other Law Enforcement Agencies to register case files 
• Testifying in court 
• Administration of case files.
