SECRETARY: LAW ENFORCEMENT 
Salary: Salary: R 301 157,50 (Cost to company, plus housing and cell phone allowance)
Band Level: B (Patterson)

This position reports to the Senior Manager: Law Enforcement 
 
Requirements:
• A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Secretarial / Business Management 
• Experience in a relevant secretarial/ administrative environment will be an added advantage 
• Strong computer literacy (Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent)  Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

This position reports to the Accountant 
 

Requirements and skills: 
• 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Commerce or Accounting. 
• Experience in a financial working environment will be an added advantage 
• Good verbal and written communication skills, Analytical Skills, Investigative Skills, Interpersonal, Problem solving and time management Skills, A questioning mindset, Exceptional attention to detail  Knowledge of the gambling industry will be an added advantage  Understanding of the Sage Accounting system will be an added advantage  Always keeps the highest standard of compliance and confidentiality  Understanding of GRAP accounting principles  Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage. 
 
Duties:

This position reports to the Human Resources Officer 

Requirements:
• Grade 10 
• Ability to maintain a healthy environment. 
• Good interpersonal skills. 
• Good time keeping and communication skills. 
 
Duties:

It is not an exhaustive list and you will therefore be required to undertake other responsibilities and duties that are considered to be commensurate with the position 
• Prepare the refreshment stations for staff and prepare refreshments for visitors. 
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure clean and tidy working environment 
• Perform cleaning duties to ensure hygienic and sanitary standards are maintained in restrooms 
• Perform cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness in kitchen/dining room 
• Relieve receptionist as required 
• Help monitor and report on occupational health and safety (OHS) concerns
