Post: Company Secretary
Salary: R1 118 960.93 (Cast to company, plus housing and cell phone allowance)
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer
 
Requirements:
B.Com Law/LLB Company Secretarial qualification (4 year diploma course) as recognised by South African Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Company Secretary.
Competency assessment will be conducted for developmental purpose.

Salary: R689 989.61 (Cost to company, plus housing and cell phone allowance)
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer
 
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Public Administration/Office Administration or equivalent 3 year degree or diploma.
Minimum of 4 years' management experience.
