Prepare an annual capital expenditure budget, monitor, and report on the on-going performance against the budget. Curriculum Development and Implementation is maintained and monitored. Liaises with DHET on curriculum related activities e.g. assessment procedures, examination and registration and provide support to academic services and campuses. Identify gaps in training of lecturers at campuses. Implement and monitor training to enhance the level of service deliveries in collaboration with campuses plans. Ensures the relevancy and appropriateness of the content of NATED and NCV programmes offered at the College and ensuring that the subjects/courses are registered at and approved by DHET, Umalusi and QCTO. Provide curriculum related support to all campuses through the HOD’s and Senior Lecturers. Ensures the inclusion of all relevant information in the College Prospectus with regard to programmes offered at the College in a campus, in collaboration with Senior Lecturers and HOD’s and Campus Managers. Ensure that the subject committees are established and functioning in the campuses. Monitors the implementation of an internal moderating plan at the campuses by senior lecturers, HOD’s and Campus Managers. Monitors the establishment of internal moderating teams at campuses. Compiling ICASS plan for each year/semester/trimester and monitoring of such a plan. Ensuring that campuses are in possession of all templates as prescribed by the ICASS guidelines issued by DHET, Umalusi, QCTO, SETAS. Ensure that all templates are being used by staff members. Follow up on long outstanding Purchase orders. Receive goods and services delivered both physically and on the system by raising GRVs. Record invoices received in the invoice register and attach the related POs, GRVs and internal suppliers and submit them to finance section for payment.
