CAMPUS MANAGER: PERMANENT
SALARY: R511 752 PER ANNUM (PL5)

CENTRE: MAAKE CAMPUS
REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification at REQV13 and a professional qualification in Education. A qualification in educational management or management is required. At least eight years’ teaching/lecturing experience of which five years should be on management level. An understanding of transformation issues and capacity building processes in the TVET sector. A sound understanding in curriculum management, administration and management of programmes delivery. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Sound understanding of prescripts governing the TVET sector this include but not limited to CET Act, Finance related policies, Labour Relations Act, Admission policy etc. Computer Literacy. Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license. Valid SACE certificate.
DUTIES: Manage and lead all operational activities within the campus. Manage teaching and learning. Develop strategies to improve students’ performance and development. Manage curriculum delivery, interventions and examinations. Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources. Implement quality management systems, policies and processes for monitoring classroom practices, assessment and moderation. Manage and oversee the administration of NSFAS and the work placement of students and Lecturer’s. Support and contribute to the implementation of the College transformation and strategic plan. Contribute to the audit processes related to strategic objectives. Manage and monitor the implementation of student support, teaching and learning framework. Ensure the implementation of the student’s fees structure and debt collection policy. Establish and maintain partnerships and linkages with internal and external stakeholders. Establish and maintain internal controls on asset management in the Campus.
LECTURER: MATHEMATICS PERMANENT
SALARY: R211 731 PER ANNUM (PL1)

REQUIREMENT: An appropriate National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in education majoring in mathematics. Working experience in Education and Training sector will be an added advantage. Sound communication and Computer literacy skills. Sound communication skills. Computer literacy is highly recommended.
DUTIES: The successful candidate(s) will be required to lecture NCV and report 191. Management of students and administration of records. Classroom facilitation. Ensure provisioning of quality education and training in line with the College/DHET requirements. Assess students’ performance. Liaise with students, parents and other relevant stakeholders. Support student development and performance. Monitor the students in the workplace. Report to management from time to time.
LECTURER (SIX MONTHS CONTRACT)
TZANEEN CAMPUS: BUSINESS STUDIES

SALARY: R211 731 PER ANNUM (PL1)
Requirement: An appropriate National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any other relevant field majoring in Accounting. Working experience in Education and Training sector will be an added advantage. Sound communication and Computer literacy skills.
Duties: The successful candidate’s responsibilities include but not limited to: lecture National Certificate and Vocational (NCV) and Report 191 (Nated). Management of students and administration of records. Classroom/workshop facilitation. Facilitate specified subjects on the levels required. Report to management. Ensure provisioning of quality education and training in line with the College/DHET requirements. Assess student’s performance. Liaise with students, parents and other relevant stakeholders. Support student development and performance. Ensure that all relevant ICASS/ISAT/subject guidelines are implemented.
