COMMENCING ALL INCLUSIVE SALARY PACKAGE: Grade A R9 912 81 p.a. – R1 133 427 p.a.
Grade B R1202988 p.a. - R1 880 367 p.a.
NB: An appropriate salary will be determined by the relevant experience post registration as prescribed in the OSD for Engineering Professions and Related Occupations.

 
REQUIREMENTS: National Higher Diploma (Built Environment field) with a minimum of 6 years’ experience as a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP or B Tech (Built Environment field) with a minimum of 6 years experience as a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP or Honours Degree in any built environment field with a minimum of 6 years experience as a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP, valid driver’s licence (manual transmission), compulsory registration with the SACPCMP as a professional Construction Project Manager on appointment.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Commensurate with duties applicable to the abovementioned occupation as prescribed in the OSD.

Grade C R 879 975 p.a. - R 1 036 557p.a.

REQUIREMENTS:An appropriate Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification, 3 years post qualification Architectural experience, valid driver’s licence (manual transmission) and compulsory registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect on appointment.

REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification, 3 years post-qualification Quantity Surveying experience, valid driver’s licence (manual transmission) and compulsory registration with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor on appointment.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Commensurate with duties applicable to the abovementioned occupation as prescribed in the OSD.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of legislative prescripts governing the Public Service. Managerial experience. Good communication and customer care skills. Knowledge of Project and Programme Management. Computer literacy in MS Office, Windows and AutoCAD Programmes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical skills. Sound report writing skills. Organizational skills. Able to work under pressure and excellent knowledge of all relevant aspects related to the post.
