REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 plus a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) plus a minimum of five (5) years middle/ senior managerial experience within the Expanded Public Works Programme environment including technical support/programme/project management/stakeholder management /community development environment. Computer literacy in the office software packages. A valid driver’s licence. Furthermore, the recommended candidate will be required to produce his/her SMS Pre-entry certificate as offered by the National School of Government (NSG) prior to the appointment being made.
 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Manage and facilitate provincial coordination. Manage and coordinate municipal monitoring and evaluation. Manage and facilitate provision of technical support to all EPWP stakeholders and Public Bodies. Management of the resources of the Directorate.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Manage all administrative functions within the Office of the HOD. Manage the liaison between the Office of the HOD, the Ministry and various other Chief Directorates/ Directorates as well as external stakeholders. Support the Office of the HOD with the facilitation of the day-to-day business matters including the drafting of correspondence. Facilitate events and co-ordinate all projects for the Office of the HOD. Dissemination of relevant legislation and information with a view towards keeping officials informed and thereby enhancing service delivery and ensure compliance thereof.
