REQUIREMENTS : Standard 10/Grade 12. A Trade Test Certificate in terms of provision of the main power Act 1981 as amended. Valid Code B Driver’s license code 08. 2-3 year’s appropriate / recognizable experience in plumbing environment. Proof of current and previous work experience endorsed and stamped by HR Office. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies Required: Good communication, Team building and motivation skills. Sound knowledge of occupational Health and safety Act and related legislation. Good Verbal and Written Skills. Good Personal Skills.
DUTIES : To install, repair and maintaining high pressure and low pressure type of Geysers. To install and repair toilet, urinals and other ablution facilities such as showers and bath etc. To install and repair sewage and water reticulation systems. Clear blocked drains, gutters down pipes waste water lines and others. Supervise Handyman and Assist other tradesman when requested to do so by the maintenance supervisor. To ensure cleanliness to the workplace / workshop is carried out properly. To ensure that all blocked drains and sewerages pipes are unblocked in the hospital and clinics.
