DUTIES : Oversee the development and implementation of plans for upgrading or building of Hospital buildings Equipment, Forensic Mortuaries, EMS, Nursing Campus, Environmental Health, CHC, VCT, PMTCT, Park homes and Clinics. Inspect and approve sites planned for the construction of new health facilities to establish the suitability thereof to the environment and surrounding infrastructure.
