REQUIREMENTS : The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Bachelors Degree or NQF level 7 qualification as recognised by SAQA in the Built Environment coupled with 5 years middle management experience in engineering and / or project and construction management as well as an SMS Pre-entry certificate (Nyukela) as offered by the National School of Government (NSG) (Certificate submitted prior to appointment).
