POSITION: Public Relations Clerk
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the appointment to the following challenging positions at King Cetshwayo District Municipality

DEPARTMENT: MUNICIPAL MANAGER
PUBLIC RELATIONS CLERK
TASK LEVEL: T7
BASIC SALARY: R180 079.29 – R233 752.23 per annum (Minimum – Maximum)
In addition, fringe benefits include a 13th cheque, membership of the provident fund, group life insurance, medical aid and housing allowance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must possess appropriate level of Secondary qualification.
The post requires 12 – 18 months’ relevant experience
In addition, applicants must possess valid Code EB Driver’s license and be Computer Literate MS-Office Applications

In terms of the Municipality’s Recruitment Policy, this position is open to candidates from the designated group; however, preference will be given to candidates as per the Municipality’s Employment Equity Plan. All shortlisted candidates will be subjected to security vetting and Competency Assessments.
