Develop inspection checklists for project inspectors. Ensure overall compliance with statutory requirements. Receive reports from external O&S consultants and check if contractors are complying. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans e.g. revise structure design in the event of high water tables. Report on issues that could impact on the project’s cash flow, safety and duration to the Project Manager. Evaluate project and prepare close-out reports for the approval of the Project Manager.
