REMEUNERATION: R332 760 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM
 
 
PURPOSE
Integrated Management of Geographical and Information System utilizing all network operational data within the region to enable accurate information is provided for Operational and Capex purposes.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to Regional depot and Operations Management to highlight outstanding and unresolved work to ensure resolution. Manage, control, operation, maintenance and organization of existing MIS daily. Control and audit daily input of data on system controllers to ensure accuracy and good quality. Attend to and resolve customer queries (Phone-in, walk-in and email) on a daily basis. Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for Data Controllers’ before handing to Manager. Ensure effective supervision, development and motivation of staff towards achieving company objectives. Ensure strict adherence by staff to company Policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
• Grade 12
• 5 years’ experience in Water and Sanitation of which 2 years must be supervisory in data control environment using SAP System (monitoring and evaluation purpose), GIS/IMQC and Excel
• Written/verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Computer literate
