1. IT AUDITOR
REF: IA/JW350/2020
REMUNERATION: - R69 932 – R87 414 – R104 896 TOTAL COST TO COMPANY SALARY PER MONTH
PURPOSE
To provide assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of IT system controls by conducting value adding Risk-based IT audits in accordance with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (ISPPIA) to ensure risk are managed to acceptable levels and assist in the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, schedule and resource IT audit assignments. Assist the Manager: IT Audit in the development and allocation of Annual IT Audit Plans. Execute audits as per operational plan, strategies, policies and procedures. Develop and manage IT audit projects according to project management principles.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to manage potential IT risks and any emerging business risks. Prepare and distribute audit findings and recommendations to management. Compile a report and discuss with relevant stakeholders. Review approved final audit reports and assesses progress. Plan and execute follow up audits to ensure action plans and recommendations are adhered to and implemented. Perform any additional ad hoc assignments or investigations requested per rotational plan. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly progress report to the Manager: IT Audit. Facilitate the presentation of final reports to Exco, Audit and Risk Committee and Oversight Committees. Prepare and provide training to other internal auditors on an ad hoc basis on IT systems.

Essential qualifications and experience:
B.Com Degree / B Tech in Financial Information Systems or IT, Auditing or Accounting (NQF Level 7).
5 years IT audit experience of which 3 years must be Senior IT Auditor. In-depth training in SAP / Oracle Database and IT security and able to develop and run CAATS. Knowledge of billing and operational systems.

3. LABORATORY ATTENDANT

PURPOSE
Clean laboratory, glassware, apparatus, bench tops, floors and spillages to ensure that cleanliness and good housekeeping and maintained at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Report hazardous chemical spillages, malfunctioning instruments and any deviation from the cleaning procedure to the Laboratory Analyst and Manager. Maintain adequate stock levels by placing orders for cleaning materials. Prepare sample filters to be ready for filtering water samples. Move and lift furniture and equipment. Adhere to all relevant safely procedures as stipulated by the Company and OHS policy including the requirements of the ISO 17025 standard

4. SAP MASTER DATA ADMINISTRATOR
REF:-SMD/JW350/2020
REMUNERATION: R34 274– R48 312 - BASIC SALARY PER MONTH EXCLUDING BENEFITS
PURPOSE
Administer the integrity of all aspects of the Master Data functionality across all the modules of the SAP ECC6 landscape, and perform entry level systems configuration and customization to facilitate the generation of reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain plant level master data, user delivery details, cost centre, cross plant access and inventory availability. Maintain complex system classes and characteristics to facilitate supplier categorization and BEE evaluation. Create and maintain banking and EFT master data such as creditor bank details and interface data between Johannesburg Water and the various financial institutions. Customize routine and complex reports that meet the requirements of the various stakeholders. Administer daily, weekly, monthly and annual standing reports by using batch job, background and scheduling functionality. Determine the required scope for complex reports, configure, customize and create the reports and then produce the report as routine reports e.g. produce complex reports to the Supply Chain Department to measure supplier performance, compliance with BEE targets and to facilitate the categorization of suppliers. Ensure that all relevant changes to the system can be qualified with the relevant certificates and documents; file such documents according to an acceptable format to facilitate retrieval for control and audit purposes.

5. SPECIALIST: SAP BASIS AND DATABASE ADMIN

REMUNERATION: R34 274– R48 312 - BASIC SALARY PER MONTH EXCLUDING BENEFITS
PURPOSE
Responsible for Oracle database administration, SAP Basis administration, Solaris Operating system administration, security administration and SAP authorizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform systems health checks and implement preventative and corrective actions in line with IT operations calendar. Monitor SAP system interfaces between Johannesburg Water and City of Joburg. Configure, manage, and monitor the SAP Transport Management System. Implement SAP support packages and Patches/Notes as per SAP recommendation or as required by business. Identify and resolve a variety of database integration issues including migration between disparate databases, integration, maintenance/conversion, capacity planning issues and new applications. Advise application programmers in the effective use of database languages. Perform Oracle database health checks, and implement preventative and corrective actions. Identify problem areas (bottlenecks) in the performance of the databases and implement controls and measures to resolve the problems. Install, configure, maintain and perform system integration testing of SUN Solaris operating systems and related utilities. Monitor system activities and fine tune system parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of system. Create new users on the SAP system. Ensure users are assigned roles that aligned to their job functions. Develop and maintain the Administration and Configuration guides for the SAP, Solaris and Oracle databases.

Essential qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's Degree (NQF 7) / National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Technology,
SAP certification
Minimum 5 yrs. experience working in SAP Basis and Oracle database administration supporting a business environment (500+ users).
Minimum 2 yrs. experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader capacity managing people.
Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, basic SAP roles and profiles administration.

6. MANAGER: RISK MANAGEMENT

PURPOSE
To manage the performance of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities in compliance with relevant legislations, regulations, frameworks, policies, standards and guidelines and to provide guidance and support to business line management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, review, maintain and communicate ERM policies, and systems. Monitor, evaluate, maintain or enhance the risk maturity profile of the organization. Ensure alignment of ERM activities with business planning, performance, budgeting and reporting processes. Ensure compilation of strategic and operational risk and opportunity registers, risk incident registers, etc. Review the adequacy and effectiveness of ERM systems and processes through regular and independent evaluations. Develop risk management key performance indicators, key risk indicators, risk appetite and tolerance levels. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of risk and opportunities treatment actions in all departments on a regular basis. Facilitate the establishment of management engagement structures for regular information & knowledge sharing, communications and reporting on risks and opportunities performance. Evaluate management’s responsiveness in addressing risks and opportunities. Develop and implement quality management and management control systems. Compile annual budget inputs and perform regular budget control & monitoring. Perform continuous monitoring and review of the performance of service providers against Service Level Agreements.
