DEMAND MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST X3(12 MONTHS CONTRACT)

REMUNERATION: R803 280 TOTAL COST TO COMPANY PER ANNUM
PURPOSE
Evaluate specifications as proposed by various user departments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Benchmarking and market research. Implement sourcing strategies. Maintain Johannesburg Water Supply Chain Management Policy. Implement standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance to Supply Chain Management Policies and procedures. Administering of Specifications. Assisting in compiling Bid Specification Committee (BSC) Agenda. Engage user departments. Assist with the compilation of tender advertising and adverts. Monitoring the eTender Portal and website. Administrating of Addendum. Conduct market research and spend analysis for carious commodities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
• B-Tech or Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain/Accounting/Auditing (NQF7)
• 3 years’ experience in Public Procurement
• Procurement environment specific to Bid Committees and their functions
• Computer Literacy
• SAP with Material Management (MM)
• Drivers License
