DEMAND MANAGEMENT MANAGER X1(12 MONTHS CONTRACT)

REMUNERATION: R891 636 TOTAL COST TO COMPANY PER ANNUM
 
PURPOSE
To develop, execute and manage Supply Chain strategies across all channels of purchasing.
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage allocated resources. Benchmarking and market research. Strategy development implementation sourcing strategy. Review and maintain Johannesburg Water’s Supply Chain Management Policy. Develop and implement standard operating procedure. Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders. Compliance to Supply Chain Management polies and procedures. Report on performance weekly and monthly.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
• B-Tech or Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain/Accounting/Auditing (NQF7)
• 6 years experience in Public Procurement of which 3 years must be in management position
• Procurement environment specific to Bid Committees and their functions
• Computer Literacy
• SAP with Material Management (MM)
• Drivers License
