OFFICER: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Support and facilitate Metrobus efforts in establishing and maintaining organisational peace through establishment and maintenance of sound employee relations and employee engagement. The position also serves to facilitate the implementation of Employment Equity; facilitate implementation of individual employee performance management using the performance management system, interventions, plans and policies.
OFFICER: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)
Purpose Provide generalist HR services to designated business department/s and ensure partnership between line and central Human Resources. Determine and implement human resources solutions to enable business strategies.
SPECIALIST: REMUNERATIONS AND BENEFITS
Position is responsible for ensuring fair and equitable employee compensation, including overseeing administration of regular salaries, bonuses, medical aid; pension fund, and any additional types of employee allowances.
MANAGER: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Champion and lead effective employee relations; Occupational Health and Safety; Employee Health and Wellness programs and performance management strategies, plans, processes, and policies. The position is interalia responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees on Employee Relations related matters. This role ensures compliance with labour laws, company policies, and procedures. Further, it is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining performance management processes and programs to drive employee growth, development, and accountability.
